Every document, with its version and the date it came into force. Each one opens with a plain summary you can actually read.
All documents below are version 1, in force from 20 August 2026.
The main ones
- Terms of use DailyPlus writes down what you type in. It does not check anything, it does not give advice, and it never holds or moves your money.
- Privacy policy Your shop records live on your phone. If you make an account, a locked copy is also kept online so a lost phone is not a lost register.
- Whose record this is The shop owner keeps this record. It is their book.
- Deleting your account and your records You can delete your account and your records whenever you want.
- Grievance officer If something about DailyPlus is wrong and normal support has not fixed it, you can complain to a named person here.
- Disclaimer Everything on this site and in the app is general information, not advice.
- Acceptable use This page lists the things you may not do with DailyPlus.

- What we collect, in a table This page says the same thing as the data safety form on our Play listing.
- Why the app asks for each permission DailyPlus asks for very few permissions.
- Security This page describes what we actually do to protect your records.
- Reporting a security problem If you find a security problem, tell us before you tell anybody else.
- Cookies This website does not track you.
- Refunds DailyPlus is free today, so nothing has been paid and nothing can be refunded.
- Cancelling You can stop using DailyPlus whenever you want.
- Pricing terms DailyPlus is free today, on every band.
- Accessibility This site is built to be readable on a cheap phone, in daylight, by somebody who reads English only partly.
- Open-source licences DailyPlus is built on open-source software written by other people.
- Our marks and content The DailyPlus name, logo, app and everything written on this site belong to us.
- The services we depend on DailyPlus depends on a few outside services to work.
- How we change these documents Every legal page here carries a version number and the date it came into force.
