1. You may not use DailyPlus to
- 1.1 Keep records of unlawful employment, including the employment of children.
- 1.2 Withhold wages unlawfully, falsify a record, or create a record you know to be untrue.
- 1.3 Harass, coerce, intimidate or threaten a worker.
- 1.4 Impersonate any person or business.
- 1.5 Store personal data about anybody that you have no right to store.
- 1.6 Store material that is unlawful, obscene, or that infringes somebody’s rights.
- 1.7 Break any law that applies to you.
2. You may not do these things to the service
- 2.1 Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of the app.
- 2.2 Scrape, copy or extract data from the service by automated means.
- 2.3 Resell, rent, white-label or provide the service to others as your own.
- 2.4 Test, probe or scan our security without our written permission. Our responsible disclosure page explains how to report something you have found.
- 2.5 Interfere with the service, overload it, or attempt to gain access to an account that is not yours.
- 2.6 Remove or alter any notice of ownership in the app or on the site.
3. What happens if you do
- 3.1 We may suspend or end your access immediately, and without a refund.
- 3.2 We may report unlawful activity to the authorities where the law requires or permits it.
- 3.3 The limits and indemnities in our terms of use continue to apply.
4. Telling us about misuse
- 4.1 Write to [email protected] if you believe somebody is misusing the service.
- 4.2 For a security problem, use the responsible disclosure page instead — it goes to a different address and gets looked at faster.
