What we collect, in a table

1. What is collected

1. 1.1 Name, phone number and email, where you give them. Collected to create and protect your account. Not shared. Can be deleted.
2. 1.2 Shop name and settings. Collected so your records and payslips carry your shop name. Not shared. Can be deleted.
3. 1.3 Staff records you enter: names, work, wages, attendance, payments, advances. Collected because they are the register itself. Not shared. Can be deleted.
4. 1.4 Photographs and documents you choose to upload. Collected only because you attached them. Kept in a private store. Not shared. Can be deleted.
5. 1.5 App version, device model and crash information. Collected to find and fix failures. Not shared for advertising. Can be deleted.

2. What is not collected

1. 2.1 Location.
2. 2.2 Contacts.
3. 2.3 SMS, call logs, or anything else on your phone outside the app.
4. 2.4 Bank credentials, card details or UPI PIN.
5. 2.5 Advertising identifiers.

3. Handling

1. 3.1 Data is encrypted in transit.
2. 3.2 Your online copy is separated from every other account by row-level security.
3. 3.3 You can ask for your data to be deleted, and our data deletion page explains how.
4. 3.4 No data is sold, and none is shared with advertisers.

4. Using the app with no account

1. 4.1 The app works with no account at all.
2. 4.2 In that mode nothing you enter leaves your phone — and nothing is kept online for you either.
