Cancelling

1. Stopping today

1. 1.1 There is nothing to cancel, because there is nothing being charged.
2. 1.2 Take a copy of your records out, then uninstall the app.
3. 1.3 To remove your online copy as well, follow our data deletion page.

2. When a price starts

1. 2.1 A paid plan bought through Google Play is cancelled in Google Play, and we will link the exact steps here on the day.
2. 2.2 Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for.
3. 2.3 After a paid period ends without renewal, your records stay readable and exportable. You may not be able to add new workers above the free band until you pay again.
4. 2.4 We will not delete your records for non-payment.

3. No dark patterns

1. 3.1 We will not hide the cancel option, add steps to discourage you, or require a phone call to stop paying.
2. 3.2 If you find something on our site or in the app that behaves that way, tell us and we will treat it as a bug.
