1. What we build to

1. 1.1 Text contrast that meets the level our design system sets, on every surface.
2. 1.2 A visible focus outline on everything you can interact with.
3. 1.3 Full keyboard navigation, including a skip link at the top of every page.
4. 1.4 Text that stays readable and usable at 200% zoom and down to a 320px screen.
5. 1.5 Body text at 16px or larger, never smaller.
6. 1.6 Reduced motion honoured site-wide: animations become a fade, counters set instantly, nothing loops.
7. 1.7 Colour is never the only signal for anything.
8. 1.8 Every page works with JavaScript switched off.

2. What is not done yet

1. 2.1 Videos are being captioned and transcribed as they are made. A video without a transcript is not published on this site.
2. 2.2 Photographs of real shops are being shot in-house, and alt text is written by hand for each one.
3. 2.3 The app itself is a separate piece of work, and it is not covered by this page.
