Pricing terms

1. The bands

1. 1.1 Up to 5 workers: free, always. It is not a trial.
2. 1.2 Up to 25 workers: listed at ₹999 a year, charged at ₹0 today.
3. 1.3 More than 25 workers: listed at ₹2,499 a year, charged at ₹0 today.
4. 1.4 One price for the whole shop, not for each worker. The listed prices include GST.
5. 1.5 The listed prices are prices we intend to charge in future. They are not a former price, and no discount is being offered against them.

2. The four promises

1. 2.1 You will be told at least 60 days before any charge applies to you.
2. 2.2 No price change takes effect in the middle of a month.
3. 2.3 If you choose not to pay, your records stay readable and exportable. We will not hold your register.
4. 2.4 The free band — up to five workers — stays free.

3. What is not promised

1. 3.1 We do not say the paid bands will be free forever, because that is not something we can know.
2. 3.2 We do not promise today’s users a permanent price for the paid bands.
3. 3.3 Saying so plainly is fairer than a promise that would be quoted back in five years.

4. How payment will work

1. 4.1 Through Google Play, on your phone, when charging starts.
2. 4.2 Google’s terms and refund rules will apply to a purchase made there.
3. 4.3 Our refunds page and cancelling page carry the rest.

5. How workers are counted

1. 5.1 The workers on your register today. Somebody who has left is not counted.
2. 5.2 Workers never pay anything, in any band.
3. 5.3 If your shop grows past the free band, nothing stops working. We will tell you, and you decide what to do.
