Your worker gets his own screen
Give a worker his code. He sees his own days and his own pay.
This is the part that stops the argument, because both of you are looking at the same record.
On paper
Your worker has his own count in his head. You have the register. At month end the two do not match, and neither of you can prove anything.
In DailyPlus
He opens the app and sees the same days you marked. If he thinks a day is wrong, he says so through the app, and you answer it.
He can say yes when he is paid
When the money is in his hand he taps to say so. That is your receipt, with a date on it.
He can say a day looks wrong
He raises it, you look at it, you decide. DailyPlus does not decide who is right — it is a record, not a judge.

- What if my worker has no phone?
- Then you run everything yourself, exactly as before. The worker screen is there if you want it, not required.
- What if he changes his phone?
- He signs in again with his code on the new phone and his record is there.
- What if he leaves the shop?
- You can stop his access. The record of what he worked and what you paid stays with you.

Does my worker pay anything?
No. It is free for him, and it stays free.
Can he change his own attendance?
No. He can only tell you a day looks wrong. Marking stays with you.
Does he need to read English?
The app uses very few words and mostly figures and marks. Most workers get through it with the phone in their hand.
What does he agree to when he signs in?
The same terms of use and privacy policy, on his own screen. The shop record still belongs to the owner.
