On paper
You write the date in a register, then a tick, a half tick or a cross beside each name. At month end you count the ticks. If a page is torn or the pen ran out, that day is gone.

You open the app, tap once for each worker, and the day is written. The count is done for you, every day, and nobody can rub it out.
The shop closed is its own mark
A festival or a bandh is not somebody being absent. Mark the shop closed once and it counts for everybody, and nobody loses pay for it.

Days worked, half days and days missed add up as you go. On the last day of the month there is nothing left to add up.
What if…
- What if I forget to mark a day?
- You can go back to any date and mark it. The app shows you which days are still empty, so you can see the gaps at a glance.
- What if I marked somebody wrong?
- Open that day and change it. The salary works itself out again straight away.
- What if my worker says a day is wrong?
- He can see the same days on his own phone and tell you a day looks wrong. You look at it and you decide. See what a worker can do.

Questions people ask
Can I mark everybody at once?
Yes. The list shows every worker on one screen and you go down it tapping. Most shops finish before the shutter is fully up.
Does it need internet to mark the day?
No. Marking is saved on your phone the moment you tap. If you have an account, it catches up when you are next online.
Can I mark a day that has already gone?
Yes. Pick the date and mark it. There is no window that closes on you.
Can somebody else mark for me?
Yes. A manager you give access to can mark the day. You can see who marked what.
