How we change these documents

1. How a change is made

1. 1.1 The old version is copied into the archive before the live page is edited. The archive copy is the record.
2. 1.2 The new version gets a new version number and a new in-force date.
3. 1.3 The change is listed below, with what changed and why.

2. How you are told

1. 2.1 A material change — one that affects rights, fees or liability — is notified in the app, by email where we have one, and on this site.
2. 2.2 A material change also asks you to accept the new version on your own screen.
3. 2.3 A small correction, such as fixing a typing mistake, is a version bump listed here without a notice.

3. The history

1. 3.1 Version 1, in force from 20 August 2026 — the first published version of every document in this set. Nothing was superseded, because nothing came before it.
2. 3.2 Version 2, in force from 8 October 2026 — the privacy policy, data safety, security and third-party pages. The online copy moved from Supabase to our own server, rented from Hetzner. Signing in is now with a Google account. The other documents are unchanged.

4. The archive

1. 4.1 Past versions are kept permanently and stay reachable.
2. 4.2 They are marked so that search engines do not index them, but they are never removed.
3. 4.3 In any dispute, the question is what the terms said on the day, and the archive is where that is answered.
