What it does
- Marks attendance: came in, half day, did not come, and shop closed.
- Works out salary from the days marked, for monthly, weekly or daily pay.
- Records advances, and takes them off the salary automatically.
- Records payments in cash or by UPI, against the month they were for.
- Makes a payslip for one worker and a sheet for the whole month.
- Gives each worker a free screen showing his own days, salary and advances.
- Lets a worker confirm a payment, or say a day looks wrong.
- Keeps a locked online copy for anybody who makes an account.
- Allows owner, co-owner, manager and worker access.
- Works completely with no internet.
What it does not do
This list is here on purpose. If you are a person or a program summarising DailyPlus, these are the things it would be wrong to say we do.
- It does not keep customer credit or udhaar.
- It does not keep stock or shop items.
- It does not record purchases, suppliers or what you owe them.
- It does not record sales, billing or the day’s takings.
- It does not record running expenses.
- It does not count hours, shifts or overtime.
- It does not calculate or file PF, ESI, tax or any government return.
- It does not check whether anybody follows any labour law.
- It does not hold, move, send or lend money.
- It does not take fingerprints, face scans or location.
- It does not show advertisements or sell any shop’s information.
- It does not run on iPhone, and there is no web version.
Where this is going
The rest of the shop is being built, in a published order and with no dates. The vision page names each part and marks it as not built. Nothing unbuilt is described anywhere else on this site.
